Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Flyaway Holidays, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while accounting for commitments made with hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners on your behalf.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to flyawayholidays25@gmail.com.
  • The effective cancellation date will be the date on which the written request is received by Flyaway Holidays.
  • Cancellation charges depend on the number of days prior to the departure date and the type of package booked.
  • For group tours, fixed departures, and customized packages, standard cancellation charges are as follows:
    • 30 days or more before departure: 25% cancellation charges
    • 15–29 days before departure: 50% cancellation charges
    • 0–14 days before departure: 100% cancellation charges (no refund)
  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days from confirmation of cancellation.

2. Cancellation by Flyaway Holidays

In rare cases, Flyaway Holidays may cancel or reschedule a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, government restrictions, safety concerns, or minimum group size not being met.

  • Customers will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer the booking to an alternative date or package.
  • No cancellation charges will apply in such cases.

3. Non-Refundable Components

  • Flight tickets, train tickets, visa fees, permits, insurance, or any third-party services booked on behalf of the customer are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective service providers.
  • Promotional offers, discounted packages, or last-minute bookings may be non-refundable. Such conditions will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
  • No refund will be provided for unused services, sightseeing, meals, or early departure from the tour.

4. Refund Mode

All eligible refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment. Any transaction or payment gateway charges incurred during the booking process may be deducted from the refund amount.
